I cannot find my rebate promotion/offer number.
 -  The promotion number is provided on the Rebate Form .If the store where you made your purchase did not provide you with a rebate form, you have the option of obtaining it one of two ways: 1. Revisit the store where your purchase was made and request the qualified rebate form OR 2. Visit the store’s web page rebate center to view all of our current rebates promotions

How do I submit an online rebate request?
 -  If you have purchased one of our qualified products with a rebate offer, then you may use our Online Rebate System to submit your rebate request. Follow the instructions to complete the request. You will then receive a claim number with which you may use to check on the status of your rebate, (allowing for processing time).

How do I check the status of my request?
 -  To check the status of your request you will need the email address used in the online submission and claim number issued to you at the time you submitted your online rebate.

I have submitted my request online, now what?
 -  Once your rebate request has been submitted online, you will need to mail in your rebate form, UPC bar code (cut from product box) and receipt of purchase.

When checking on the status of my rebate, what does pending mean?
 -  The status of your rebate claim will change depending on what time frame your inquiry was made.

Why does my claim status show as ‘pending’ when I mailed the required documents a couple of weeks ago?
 -  Mail delivery and rebate audits may take up to a couple of weeks prior to entry into the rebate system. Please see your rebate form for processing time.

My request was denied for program ineligibility, how can I get it approved?
 -  Check your request denial reason and verify that your product purchase and submission met all of the rebate program guidelines. If you need more information on why your claim was denied, email the Rebate Helpdesk at rebates@arcadefxusa.com

Can I apply for a rebate that is expired?
 -  Rebate requests must be submitted within the allowed rebate timeframe identified in the rebate form documentation. If you submit a request for your product and no rebate programs are available, then you cannot claim a rebate for your product.

Where do I find the Terms and Conditions for my rebate program?
 -  Each Rebate Form lists all the terms and conditions as well as rebate submission guidelines.

What if I don’t have online access?
 -  Make sure that you receive a rebate form from your place of purchase and follow the rebate guidelines for submission of your rebate.

I was not able to print the Automated Rebate Form
 -  Check the email confirmation of your submission and click on the link to generate the Automated Rebate Form. If the link doesn't work, please disable any popup/ad blocker programs and try again .
